**Job Summary**:The Tooling Logistics Specialist I supports international and domestic deliveries in a compliant and efficient manner**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Support international and domestic delivery process and Customs clearance in a compliant and efficient manner- Perform pre-entry Customs formalities and issue resolution operations and arrange implementation and localization of Global Customs SOP and Enterprise Standard, achieve key targets; - Organize international& domestic transportation (air, truck, multimodal), keep Logistics tracker updated.- Interact with brokers and freight forwarders, control their performance.- Audit of Customs transactions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, report of monthly metrics; - Customs payments calculation and control of available funds on Customs account; - Guide cross-functionalteams to support Customs and Logistics topics.- Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments- Travel may be required- May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization's core values.**Required Qualifications & Experience**:- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent- 3+ years of experience in import/export operations, or a Supply Chain related field- Knowledge of Incoterms, Customs Code of EEU, HTS, local customs regulations and requirements, project management- English proficiency required**Desired Characteristics**:- University degree in a Customs related area such as supply chain management, business administration, or international trade- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional global team environment- Self-starter/team player- Demonstrated ability to think analytically and critically- Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills- Creative, purposeful, responsive, cooperative, working under pressure with tight deadlines**About FieldCore**:- FieldCore is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, status as a qualified individual with a disability, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, ancestry, genetic information, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law_
