Tooling Operations Sr. Engineer

**Objective**Assembly tooling expert to manage and control all fixtures, grippers, welding toolings for products.Will be responsible for meeting and maintaining the dimensional characteristics of the product based on reports.**Main Responsibilities**- Coordinate the planning and management activities of the high-pressure mold maintenance shop.- Work group leader- Compliance with department indicators such as: % replacement molds, reduction of delays per maintenance- 5's- Security**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's degree: Mechanical Engineer- Leadership- Communication- Problem solving techniques- 5 years minimum: Knowledge of High Pressure Die Casting Molds (HPDC)- Intermediate English- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
