Tooling Supervisor

**Job Purpose**:
It is responsible for the performance of personnel, machinery, equipment, and tooling. as well as the quality and efficiency of the area with a total commitment in collaboration with the work team; as well as knowing the environmental procedures and carrying them out, to help the conservation of the environment.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Supervises the daily performance of machinery and personnel

Trains, inspects, monitors, communicates, and evaluates the daily performance of machinery and personnel

Management and supervision of technical staff knowledge of medium and high tonnage mechanical presses

Performs corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance on dies
