This critical position provides a unique opportunity to support the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).This role provides Strategic Planning and Integration support to the Management Services and Operations Directorate at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).
The NRO is expanding to support new missions while maintaining existing facilities infrastructure in collaboration with mission stakeholders.
Facilities infrastructure maintenance and upgrade activities are critical to mission operations, while minimizing or mitigating risk is important to all stakeholders.
Daily collaboration with key decision makers and stakeholders to explore creative ways to ensure simultaneous facilities maintenance and project event and mission completion and success.The ideal candidate has experience supporting the NRO and is familiar with the issues related to Operations and Facilities across the NRO enterprise.
In this role you will provide Strategic Planning and Integration support at the Mission Ground Station.
The customers directly supported are the Chief, Mission Support Division and staff at the Mission Ground Station.Required QualificationsU.S.
CitizenBachelor's Degree or equivalent experiencePossess an active and current TS/SCI with CI/PolygraphFifteen (15) years or more of relevant IC systems engineering experienceStrong analytical skills and ability to develop and recommend solutions for problems/issuesAbility to work independently and within a team environmentMust have strong communications skills and be able to work across various levels of leadershipDesired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree in STEM / BusinessIntelligence Community familiarity, and depthIC Operations ExperienceBe conversant with host site offices and divisions and tenantsLeadership ability to interact with Seniors and Juniors to manage Facilities plans and requirementsExperience with being an ambassador of a HQ organization while working remotelyExperience with performance metricsDeliverables will include reports, briefings, spreadsheets, or other documents as directed by the Government.#J-18808-Ljbffr
