The Client Service Analyst is responsible for managing, reviewing, and resolving fund level data queries in accordance with established service level agreements and precision standards for Total Plan clients.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire a thorough understanding of the Total Plan Manager platform, as well as the rest of the MSCI Private Assets product suite, and how our products fit into client organizations and their processes.Serve as an advocate for MSCI to the client, as well as an advocate for the client within MSCI.Provide first-tier data support, addressing fund level data inquiries from clients via email or virtual calls.Coordinate with teams internally to achieve end to end fulfillment of requests. This involves determining and defining each project plan, as well as scoping and objective setting for each client involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Support the smooth execution of clients' transparency data requirements, including managing custom data needs, troubleshooting data latency, data sourcing identification and system technical issues.Proactively examine all data, processes, and technologies to evaluate the current state and critical problems for clients
