**Title**: Total Rewards Analyst
**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León JD Shared Svcs-Ramos Component
**Function**: Human Resources
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Performs routine activities within the HR area to support major process of the Total Rewards Strategy in LATAM.
- Provides Global Mobility, Compensation & Benefits information and guidance to HR Operations, active employees, internal partners and suppliers.
- Global Mobility contact point for Region 3, conducts/coordinates the Global Mobility Services process for Region 3 (international assignments, permanent transfers and extended business travels).
- Gathers and compiles data to support compliance efforts for international Relocation process requirements.
- Participates in Compensation and Benefits process by gathering information, preparing paperwork, and other activities to support the process.

- Skill in utilizing tools and software that support Human Resources processes.
- Skill in major Human Resources processes such as job documentation and training.
- Analytical skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

- Experience providing guidance to active employees, internal partners, and suppliers on human resource policies, benefits and processes.
- Broad human resource knowledge such as compensation, benefits, employee relations, etc.
- HR principles and procedures in such areas as employee/labor relations compensation and benefits, staffing and employee development, training and development, safety and health, employee communications and corporate compliance.
- Knowledge of advanced data gathering and analysis techniques, including statistical analysis.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Management, Engineering or related discipline.
