**Responsibilities**:
**Total Rewards Analyst**
**Main Purpose**
Responsible of Job Evaluation, manage recognition programs, focal point process and vendor administration.
**Accountabilities**
- Perform job evaluation for Sr. Managers and below positions according to business needs.
- Manage project plan for on-cycle increases (Focal Point) making the follow up with the managers during the process to accomplish the deadlines.
Set up and tests of Performance Rewards Tool.
- End-to-end management of Global Recognition Programs (Chairmans's, Service & Scholarships), and Local recognition Programs (Scholarships and Service awards), including communication and reporting.
- Execute contractual agreements with selected benefits providers
- Develop communications materials to market rewards strategy
- Make reports and analysis for equity reviews.
- Support in Salary Planning and Annual Bonus process

Qualifications:
- Have at least 18 months in your current function
- Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position
- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years
- Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 months
**Education/requirements**
Education/Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (Finance or Business Administration or related with applicable work experience)
- Upper Intermediate English or Advanced English - MUST
- Portugueses (Basic) - Desired and a plus
- Experience of 1 year or less - MUST
- Advanced level of Excel - MUST
- Knowledge in data interpretation and statistical analysis of market data - Desired and a plus
- Ability to do market analysis, you do not need proven experience in this, but you know how to interpret data - MUST
- Strong problem solving, verbal and written communication skills - MUST
- Collaboration with mlticulture teams and vendors
