**Role Definition**
To provide compensation and benefits services to internal customers in the areas of compensation, benefits, mobility and job evaluation with specific focus in one or several sub-functions as assigned. The Total Rewards Analyst is an experienced level position that provides intermediate quantitative analysis, conducts communication with smaller groups, makes proposals and recommendations in designated areas with more independent, and is able to solve moderately complex problems.
**Responsibilities**
- **Job Evaluation**: Be responsible for the investigation, description, analysis, interpretation, and comparison of positions in order to provide grade level recommendations that accurately reflect job scope, responsibility and relationship with other jobs.
- **Salary Administration**: perform analysis and modeling of market and organization compensation data; Analyze and develop annual salary planning to determine company competitiveness level; Implement and administer compensation policy; and work on special research projects.
- **Incentive Administration**: administer and maintain various Short-term incentive plans assigned, analyze the data related to each plan to ensure the compliance and accurate and timely payouts,
- **Benefits Administration**: perform analysis of market and organization benefits data; Responsible for implementing the company's benefits policy; Act as a liaison with insurance carriers to obtain premium quote and renewals; Stay abreast of current trends and regulatory issues surrounding social benefits plan design and administration; Work with local HR leaders on benefits budgets and proposals and oversees implementation.
- **Mobility**: Provide effective relocation advice and guidance to ISE coordinators, HR managers and International Services Employees (ISEs) in regard to foreign assignment or domestic transfers
- **Pension**:administer and maintain Pension plans assigned, analyze the data related to each plan to ensure the compliance and accurate and timely retirement payouts
- **Stock Options**:Provide effective administration of the stock option plans in Caterpillar across all legal entities. Voluntary Plans and Executive plans
**Basic Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree
- Requires 3 - 5 years working experience as specialist HR in compensation and benefits or related areas.
- Experience developing a Salary and Benefits Structure
- Fluent English
