.TE Connectivity's Total Rewards teams develop, implement and evaluate Total Rewards programs, tools and initiatives (e.G., wage and salary administration, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluation, global mobility, executive compensation and health, life and retirement benefits) in the context of TE's internal and external environment to attract, retain and motivate employees. They administer and communicate the company's benefits program plan options, features and enrollment requirements and assist employees with benefit claim administration inquiries. They implement and execute mobility programs and services supporting employee short- and long-term transfers, assignments, country entry and domestic or international relocation. In addition, the Total Rewards team analyzes Total Reward cost containment strategies and make recommendations for improvement/enhancement as appropriate. They also ensure company compliance with federal and state laws governing both compensation and benefits practices and stay current with laws, regulations and procedures governing international mobility and immigration.Role Definition Plans, designs, evaluates and administers employee compensation and benefit programs such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, performance appraisals, retirement plans, and life, health and disability insurance.Job Summary Reporting into the LATAM Total Rewards Lead, this role provides analytical support for the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs including job evaluation, salary planning, savings plans, and group insurance. This role must understand and apply principles and practices of total rewards as well as create training and communication materials.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for coordination of appropriate compensation and benefits surveys in partnership with the broader Total Rewards functionAnalyse and make recommendations regarding the LATAM market reference pointsAnalyse and develop the organization's compensation and benefits programsAssist in the implementation of base pay, incentive programs and benefits programsEvaluate and recommend levelling of jobsAssist in the education of HR on annual compensation planning, incentives, compensation offers, and global job frameworkReview proposed salary increases and provide feedback based on analysis of the labour market and internal equityAnalyse and forecast the cost of compensation and benefits programsSupport the creation of total rewards communications and trainingSupport the policy review and insurance renewalsWhat your background should look like:Education and Experience Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
