Together, we want to provide our colleagues with the tools, support, and our expertise to ensure the best client service experience.Responsible of providing analytical support for the administration of compensation and benefits programs.The Total Rewards Analyst MX CO EC reports to the Senior Total Rewards Specialist MX CO EC.- Job Responsibility including but not limited to: _**Compensation**- Conducts analysis of the impact of the Minimum Wage in the benefits.- Creates analysis, calculations and reports that support decision making for current and future compensation strategy.- Supports completing salary surveys in a timely and efficient manner.- Being up to date with the Company's job inventory and the salary structure for the Sales Market.**Benefits**- Benefits vendor management.- Lead the annual renewal of group medical insurance with the broker in MX/ Support with the annual benefit renewal process in CO & EC.- Ensures compliance with local requirements.- Following up on individual questions from our colleagues about their benefits in a timely manner.- Support with the communication of benefits for current employees and new hires, as well as do internal polls to know which benefits are the ones that employees value the most.**Projects General Information**- Involvement in global projects for compensation and benefits as needed
