Should have availability to travel around one week per month.In this role, a typical day will look like:Serve the business on Total Rewards matters including, but not limited to: job leveling, market pricing and offers, functional organization reviews, creating custom Total Rewards strategies for key markets, driving pay equity, maintaining internal governance for Total Rewards processes, implementing Total Rewards changes (proposed by the Total Rewards Center of Excellence) in response to legislative requirements, partnering with benefit vendors on programs and offerings, and delivering benefit program enhancements
