Total Rewards Strategy and Management**:Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and wellness programs tailored specifically for the LATAM market.Collaborate with the International Compensation Benchmarking (ICB) team to conduct market research and ensure our total rewards packages are competitive.Analyze trends to adjust and maintain salary structures and benefit offerings.Guarantee all compensation and benefits practices comply with applicable local and international laws and regulations.Communicate total rewards policies effectively within the organization.**2. Data Analysis & Reporting**:Use HR data to uncover trends, provide actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making.Produce detailed reports on the effectiveness of total rewards strategies.Support the decision-making process for salary offers, increases, and promotions.**3.
