As one of our five cornerstones, this means that we go all-out to create an environment that shows we are committed to investing in employee growth and creating a culture of belonging where employees want to build a lasting career.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeads the design, implementation, and administration of total rewards strategy to ensure the company is able to attract and retain the best talent.Serves as a champion for employee benefit programs including health, wellness, retirement programs, and other employee perks.Leads, supports, and develops a team of benefits and compensation professionals.Oversees collection and analysis of compensation and benchmark data to determine competitive positioning of compensation and benefit programs.Evaluates and makes recommendations on employee benefits and compensation programs to create an attractive and competitive package.Develops and administers compensation and benefit policies, training, and education to align with company objectives.Manages vendor relationships, including evaluation or re-negotiation to ensure value add and return on investment.Management of annual renewal process, new hire and open enrollment planning, communication, and administration, which may involve taking overflow calls during open enrollment.Partners with plant HR leadership teams to ensure visibility and education on total rewards package.Oversees compliance with all benefits and compensation regulations and requirements including but not limited to pay equity or transparency requirements, HIPAA, and ERISA.Supports retirement plan administration including facilitating annual audit, non-discrimination testing, annual matching process, and partnering with vendors on any plan changes or updates.Stays informed on trends and competitive practices to make recommendations on changes benefits and compensation programs and practices.Assists in management of annual compensation and bonus planning processes, budgets tools, and systems.Provides leadership and management of projects and initiatives within scope of role
