- Codesign with EEX and Talent Journey the strategy and initiatives that complement the total rewards strategy
- Implement a sustainable performance culture
- Monitor and envelop pay for performance and recognition strategies
- Establish differentiate rewards approaches for key talent segments

- Organizational Design
- Analyze and designs organizational structures to enhance efficiency and alignment with the organization strategy- Requirements
- Bachelors degree and 7+ years of experience in compensation, benefits and org design.
- Experience in leadership roles
- Experience in leading transformational projects
- Experience with evaluation and salary structure systems (Mercer, Hay Group, etc)
- Strategic thinking and influence business decision
