The role is responsible for maintaining market competitiveness, promoting internal equity, and optimizing organizational structures to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.
Define and drive the Strategy
– Define a clear Total Rewards philosophyBuild a Strategic Operating Model
– Develop global ways of working and governance
– Establish and manage key committees and forumsEmployee Experience and Wellbeing
– Codesign with EEX and Talent Journey the strategy and initiatives that complement the total rewards strategy
– Monitor and envelop pay for performance and recognition strategies
– Establish differentiate rewards approaches for key talent segments
– Establish and manage executive compensationOrganizational Design
– Analyze and design organizational structures to enhance efficiency and alignment with the organization strategyMinimum Requirements:
– Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, and org design.
– Experience in leadership roles.
– Experience in leading transformational projects.
– Experience with evaluation and salary structure systems (Mercer, Hay Group, etc.
).
– Strategic thinking and influence business decisions.
