DescripciónThis position is responsibr the coordination of Qualfon's Learning and internal leadership development programs.
Provides mentoring, coaching, and counseling to learner, Keeps current on technical, online learning and adult learning trends and disseminates the information to learners and staff, etcetera.Responsibilities:Facilitates and supports participants enrolled in Qualfon's Learning and/or internal Leadership Development programs.Offers regular support and encouragementFollows up with students to make sure they meet essential deadlinesProvides learners with preliminary resources related to learning opportunities (profile of online learners, information on Qualfon learning opportunities, etc.
