Execution must to be aligned with local needs (time and shape) and integrated in to vendor's tool. Core process must connect local teams and ESBO's CCI Central team to ensure the correct and timely payment in payroll.**Accountabilities**Total Rewards ICM Analyst is responsible execute processes related to ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) for all Sales employees of Mexico AND Argentina in vendor's tool; must be the connection between local teams and ESBO's CCI Central team to ensure the correct and timely payment in payroll.1. User accesses & System Mng2. User controls certifications & Controls3. Execute the bonus & commission calculation in ICM tool and validation4. Sales transmission monitoring Interface EDW - ICM5. Follow up HR for timely data input for bonus calculations6. Establish communication between HRs and CCI7. Work with Sales for timely quota and sales data input8. Ensure that the bonus calculations gets to ESBO team (CCI) in a timely manner.9. Support agenda for employees' data cleaning in myHR10. Secure Employee payment payment11. Track of errors and corrections, retroactive and salary adjustments12. Execute changes under calculation tool as necessary (commission and bonuses tables, routes, among others)13.
