**What will you be doing?
**
- Track loads, update different customers' TMS,
- Handle small issues and reach out to customer reps for major issues that need immediate attention,
**Requirements**:
**Schedule: Thursday-Monday 7:00-16:30**

**_ Who you are:_**
- Fluent English Skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform several duties at one time
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, employees, and management
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- Must be proficient with Web software and familiar with Microsoft Office products - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
