Track & Trace Representative

**Description**:
The Track and Trace Representative is responsible for monitoring and tracking shipments, providing updates to customers, resolving issues related to shipment delays, and coordinating with various departments to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of goods.

- **Monitoring and Tracking Shipments**: Monitor and track shipments using internal tracking systems, third-party software, and other tools to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- **Customer Communication**: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with customers; inform about shipment inquiries, delays, and updates
- **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve shipment issues such as delays, damages, or missing items.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth shipment operations; identifying issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of shipment-related information, including tracking details, delivery dates, and customer communications.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in using tracking software
