Who We Want As a RevGen Tracking Specialist, your role involves supporting the company's tracking requirements. You'll handle incoming calls from both carriers and customers, utilize the tracking board to navigate efficiently, ensure prompt and accurate tracking of all shipments, and address any tracking or service-related concerns as they arise.
