Who We Want As a RevGen Tracking Specialist, your role involves supporting the company's tracking requirements. You'll handle incoming calls from both carriers and customers, utilize the tracking board to navigate efficiently, ensure prompt and accurate tracking of all shipments, and address any tracking or service-related concerns as they arise. What You'll Do Manage all incoming calls effectively. Navigate and utilize the Tracking Board efficiently. Initiate outbound calls to our carriers and drivers to confirm timely arrivals and communicate any pertinent information or concerns. Promptly input and convey received information through appropriate channels, updating loads and sending emails to relevant internal stakeholders if necessary. Maintain a high standard of quality in the comments you input and the emails you send and receive. Assisting in problem solving and issue resolution. Become a subject matter expert in Arrive Logistics' standard operating procedures, transportation management system and other technology that will assist in shipment tracking. Remain flexible and adaptable to evolving business requirements. Qualifications A High School Diploma or GED, College Degree strongly preferred Minimum of 2 years' work experience. A demonstrated ability to accurately, quickly and concisely relay information through multiple channels to internal and external parties. Knowledge of Google Workplace products is a plus. Fast-paced and able to multitask in a high-pressure environment. Detail oriented, with an emphasis on accuracy & follow-up. Passionate about customer service & solving problems with customer experience in mind. Proactive; able to work both independently & collaboratively with other team members to achieve results. Ability to patiently work through issues from start to finish with and without supervision A polished communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills; both verbal & written.
