We do this by creating a customized remote team based in Guadalajara.**Position Purpose**:The Enterprise Operations Associate will be part of a high performing team, working in lockstep with their Carrier Sales team to manage freight movement and providing operational support to team.**Requirements**:**Responsibilities**:- Dispatch drivers and track and trace loads through life-cycle of shipment ensuring that customer deadlines are met. Communicate updates and issues to team members.- Work with carriers to identify and resolve issues. Escalate issues as appropriate.- Confirm all compliance documentation is received and processed.- Update company TMS with required documentation in a timely manner.- Ensure drivers are set-up to accept automated tracking software and that auto tracking is initiated.
