**Trade Compliance Analyst**
Provides support to comply with IMMEX certifications requirements, Support Compliance Manager related training to personnel related Supply Chain certifications, tactical support to identify performance improvement and cost savings. Develops and updates procedures, provide reports as is requested to Finance team and Compliance Manager, point of contact between suppliers and brokers, control related Annex 24 and Annex 31, Pedimento closure.
**Major Responsibilities**:
- Control and keep updated Annex 24
- Control and keep updated Annex 31
- Obtain and renew permits for rule 8th for those items that USMCA is not available
- Request, review and approve USMCA certificate
- Generate and Submit Monthly Submaquiladores Report
- Performance Data Stage Comparison vs Annex 24 Program
- Support the creation and update procedures related SCS and Customs
- Generate and submit INEGI report
- Launch cost reduction initiatives
- Participate as an active member to comply with the OEA and CTPAT ,OEA requirements, such as reports, training,
- Review and approve pedimento closure
**Required Education / Experience / Skills**:
- International Commerce/ International Business/Administration bachelor's degree.
- Experience in Annex 24 2+ Years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Effective communicator (verbal, written)
- Analytical / data driven
- Fluent English
