We get together and share knowledge and skills to continuously improve our decision-making process.Trade Compliance AnalystProvides support to comply with IMMEX certifications requirements, supports Compliance Manager related training to personnel regarding Supply Chain certifications, tactical support to identify performance improvement and cost savings.
Develops and updates procedures, provides reports as requested to the Finance team and Compliance Manager, and acts as the point of contact between suppliers and brokers, controlling related Annex 24 and Annex 31, and Pedimento closure.Major Responsibilities:Control and keep updated Annex 24Control and keep updated Annex 31Obtain and renew permits for rule 8th for those items that USMCA is not availableRequest, review and approve USMCA certificatesGenerate and submit Monthly Submaquiladores ReportPerformance Data Stage Comparison vs Annex 24 ProgramSupport the creation and update of procedures related to SCS and CustomsGenerate and submit INEGI reportLaunch cost reduction initiativesParticipate as an active member to comply with OEA and CTPAT requirements, such as reports and trainingReview and approve pedimento closureRequired Education / Experience / Skills:Bachelor's degree in International Commerce, International Business, or AdministrationExperience in Annex 24: 2+ yearsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong planning and organizational skillsEffective communicator (verbal and written)Analytical and data-drivenFluent in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
