- GTS System activity error log, assign HTS & retigger CUSDEC messages
- HTS classification
- Import invoice approval
- Weekly/daily interlocks with Ops Team
- Import VAT report for finance and treasury
- Support on special projects
- Monthly KPI Review
- Customs Audits / Requirements / Infrigments
- Brokerage weekly conference call
- GTS optimization / PPS ticket
- Self testing
- Support to Customs Broker in cell phone import requirements (certification homologation with CRC / IMEI validation with MINTIC)
