Trade Compliance Analyst (Regulatory)

Job DescriptionPrimary Function of Position: Staying up-to-date with trade regulations, tariffs, and sanctions imposed by various countries. Ensuring that all import and export activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. Minimizing the risk of fines and penalties for non-compliance. Monitoring and documenting compliance activities, advising leadership, and liaising with government agencies.
Roles & Responsibilities: Customs Legal Frame (Customs operations, General Rules of Foreign Trade, General Rules of Ministry Economy, USMCA).Customs Inventory Control System (Annex 24)VAT Registry, AEO & CTPAT certifications.Lead Kaizen events or other internal process improvement activities.HTS and Classifications rules.English (verbal and written communication).FDA & COFEPRIS, controls & sanctions & Regulatory standards.Record keepingControl, monitoring and administration of fixed asset.Complex regulatory analysis projects and elaborate standard operational procedures (SOP's) from inception to completion.Training and collaborate with internal and external partners related with TC topics.Elaborate reports of complex data that make the visualization of elements such as graphs, charts, tables, and more to present complex data in an easy-to-read format.Propose and implement methods and procedures to Mitigate Risk based on the Customs Legal Frame.Experience on attend audits.
