**Title Position: Trade Compliance Audit Manager**Se busca tengan experiência previa como Auditor de Trade Compliance.Company with more than 20 facilities in Mexico is searching a **Trade compliance audit Manager, **is responsible for providing valuable expert insights concerning the legal requirements and obligations of exporting and importing. Support operations and conduct trade compliance audits for trade compliance efforts to ensure compliance with applicable US/MX regulations.Ensure that the requirements and business processes associated with cross-border movements function smoothly, while also ensuring that issues and risks are identified and managed efficiently. Ensure facilities are in compliance with global customs regulation frameworks such as harmonized tariff schedules, customs valuations, import VAT rules, and various other mattersAs member of the internal audit team is responsible for:- Identify and assess the risks related to trade compliance for all our Mexican entities (Maquiladoras) and communicate to management regularly via a KPI Dashboard.- Conducts audits. Ensure that Trade related activities are compliant and review of processes, procedures and documentation.- Recommend process improvements, provide guidance to all sites and business segments on a variety of Trade topics related to compliance, regulations, imports, exports, and audits.- Interact regularly with management, legal, outside service providers, and others to ensure an understanding of regulations accomplish trade compliance objectives- Provide export compliance guidance and training to other trade team members and company employees**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college. MBA is a plus.- 5+ years of relevant customs experience within manufacturing environment -Maquiladoras.- Prior experience developing, writing, and implementing policies, processes and procedures.- Bilingual English - Spanish - Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels in English and Spanish- Experience auditing multi-national manufacturing sites.- Excellent knowledge of applicable trade regulations MEX/US Customs.- Leadership capabilities required in managing corporate programs, complying with local legislation and company vision.- Excellent Organizational and Planning skills, problem-solving, collaboration and project management skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $1.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno matutino
