That is something we are all immensely proud of.As a Trade Compliance Customs Specialist you will be responsible for the freight in operation, both sea and air shipments, making sure products comply with local regulations and can be delivered on time to our customers.About the teamYou will be part of logistics team, but also work closely with product managers, accounting, service and marketing team to make sure you have the best conditions to succeed and help keep the operation at its best.Work tasksYour primary tasks include: - Track International shipments intransit by Sea or Air, as well as those pending to be shipped.- Prepare the right documentation for each shipment for Clearance Customs in Manzanillo Port and AICM.- Ensure compliance with customs standards of NOM certifications for Electronic and têxtile product.- Work closely with our logistics partner, Forwarders to complete customs clearance processes- Inventory reconciliations, transfers, match and aging reports.- Develop continuous improvement processes in customs operations.- Search for new partners to improve the supply chainQualifications and background- A bachelor?s degree in international business, logistics, international trade, or related.- Fluent in English 90% Written, Listening, Reading- 5 Years of experience leading an Import operation- Extensive knowledge of customs operations in Manzanillo Port and AICM.- Knowledge about compliance with local NOM regulations applicable to electronic devices such as laptops, All in Ones, desktops, etc.- Knowledge about Import NOM regulations applicable to têxtiles.- A personal interest in technology / Computers / gaming.
