.Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Responsibilities**:- Responsible to generate, review and verify that all the information reflected in the import/Export invoices is correct before sending it to the Customs Broker's agencies- Responsible for permanent and temporary Imports/Export of MRO and Machinery- Responsible to coordinating with carrier and broker's the import/Export operations.- Developed and Maintain Updated the Standard Virtual Operation and Standard SCRAP procedures- Identify opportunities for continues improvement of cycle times.- Work in conjunction with the LINA/LIMEX materials department to coordinate the scheduling and reception of information for shipments- Import/Export Pedimentos and Work Documents Record keeping control.- Responsible to generate and review it in Annex 24 System the Import/Export Pedimento's and send the authorization to the Broker- Review and authorization of invoices of customs brokers' fees and Carrier fees- Responsible for controlling and labeling the equipment and machinery, according to the Pedimento number and fixed assets number provider by finance- Responsible to send weekly authorized Pedimento's and PECE account to finance department.- Responsible to maintain Certificate of Origin and Manufactured Affidavit Control.- Be updated in Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR),- Participate actively and proactively in the different projects of the department (compilation, analysis and validation of information)- Using established systems and procedures this person compiles data and prepares the paperwork required by customs on the U.S. and the Mexican Sides such as invoices for shipments, computing duties and tariffs as well as the control of materials and equipment imported to and from Mexico.- Calculates the balances for each of the items on the Company's Maquila Program by deducting the individual Maquila Import Permits.- Performs follow-ups of materials in transit.Experiência y requisitosSummaryConduct daily Import & Export Regular Operations, Assets Inventory control and labeling, validate that all customs transactions comply with the customs laws of MX and US. Review and validate broker's fees, carrier fees and authorization of Pedimento's payments.**Qualifications**:- Familiarity with national customs requirements, export licensing, economic sanctions and arms embargos, re-export and retransfer requirements under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR), U.S. sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and U.S. anti-boycott regulations.- Educational Requirements: Professional Degree / Equivalent Experience / Being studying last semesters
