The Auditor will participate in internal audits, Sarbanes Oxley compliancnance improvement projects across US and Mexico locations. This role will have high visibiliom both the regionnance and operations leadership team. The Internal Auditor will work closely with leadership to ensure key áreas of risk affecting the Company are addressed. The Internal Auditor will partner with local management to address process or compliance improvement opportunities.General ResponsibilitiesExecute annual Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing and reportingCoordinate the update of control narratives with process ownersPartner with rnal auditors to effectively design and assess controls as neededAssists in completion of process walkthroughs including coordination of deadlines with rnal auditors and business personnelAssist with the coordination and supervisión of guest auditors as and when utilizr testingAssists with executing on all phases of audit projects and compliance reviews including planning, testing and reportingWork with management to understand business processes, resolve issues, and communicandings to the Audit DirectorParticipate in special assignments or ad hoc projects as deemed necessary by leadershipMaintain continuous development regarding knowledge around regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standardsImportante empresa / QualificationsA university degree required (i.E.
