.**Economical Support**: $12,000 - $20,000 (based on experience)- **Location**: Libramiento Noreste Km 33.5, Colonia Nueva Castilla, General Escobedo, Nuevo Leon 66052 Mexico- **Work hours**:7:30am - 5:30pm**OVERVIEW**Working as Fastenal Mexico's Trade Compliance Specialist you will be a strategic link between Fastenal's Sales Teams & Customs Broker. Your main responsibility will be leading and collaborating with the groups supporting store and customs compliance needs relative to regulatory and/or customer demands. This individual will report to the Mexico Trade Compliance team while helping continue research, create solutions, and enforce compliance throughout Mexico. Some key areas supported by this team include: Trade Compliance, Product Compliance, Supply Chain, Operations & Logistics Teams.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Development & training of the Mexico Trade Compliance team- Enforcing company policy with regards to Customs & Compliance.- Maintain regular communication with Sales, Operations & Brokers teams.- Work with Brokers to provide information related to the regulations in Mexico.- Achieve goals established for the department- Classification experience and Duties.- Knowledge in NOMS and other RRNA's.- Knowledge in SE permissions and Vucem.- Knowledge in IMMEX program.- Knowledge in CIVA certifications.- Knowledge in Padron de Importadores.- Knowledge in Annex 22 and Pediments codes.- Database management excel advanced.- Problem-solving and project management- Using Power BI, HTS tool, Smartsheet, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite regularly.**REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:- Possess a current full valid driver's license- Possess at least 1 year of compliance work experience OR relevant field of study- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English & Spanish)- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel & Smartsheet- Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities- Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.- Operations knowledge modality ocean, air, and ground shipments.- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork**PREFERED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:- Prior experience in Customs & Compliance or Logistics.- Possess at least 1 year of compliance work experience OR relevant field of study.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $12,000.00 - $20,000
