**Job Description**:
**1. **Responsibilities**:
- Under general direction, responsible for best practices and compliance in day-to-day export and import operations.
- Coordinate OEA & CTPAT Certifications implementing procedures, program training and monitor Supply Chain suppliers.
- Evaluate the Performance to the different Custom Brokers & Carriers.
- Develops compliance procedures and record keeping program.
- Monitors and leads import and export practices to ensure full compliance with regulations.
- Provides expert assistance with import and export documentation.
- Manages classification database and product classifications related to the Harmonized Tariff System, Schedule B and Export Control Classification Numbers.
- Works with corporate compliance, applicable divisions and departments, external, brokers, agents and attorneys to resolve internal compliance issues.
- Resolve clearance issues as required.
**2. **Requirements**:
- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge in Trade Compliance Programs (IMMEX, VAT Certification, OEA, CTPAT)
- Solid understanding of Import and Export Compliance rules and regulation, including, but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations and U.S. Customs Regulations.
- Strong knowledge in Annex 24 Administration

Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Customs Broker License is a plus.
