It isn't a question.Trade Marketing CoordinatorExcellence in execution of trade customers plans focus on our clients/shopper. This means develop the shopper/customer strategy among all the supply chain for traditional/indirect clients. Develop the correct communication to our different stakeholders and the visibility of our brands at each POS. Focus on strategy portfolio; assortment (listings and reach) and Merchandising (promotion, visibility and other sellout activities) All this, in agreed timelines and with flawless great quality for all activities agreed in the commercial channel and customer plan.Main responsibilities- Be the strategical link between marketing and commercial teams, to ensure alignment from marketing strategy brands to POS execution, in order to deliver sales & profit targets.- Translate brand plans, retail knowledge, shopper and customer insights into commercial claims, POP materials and promotional plans for our all customers that will lead to increase our rotation at each POS to reach our SOM targets.- Tracking and measure of our sales fundamentals; price, portfolio (reachand distribution) visibility and promotion- Proactively propose actions in order to gain market share or to reverse a negative trend, based on strong analysis of performance and opportunities of our brand among all our customers and key stakeholders such as DWS sales force.- Wisely management of our A&P investment in order to define the key actions that will lead to sustainable growth and with the selection of the activities that will deliver a positive ROI- At least a monthly visit to our clients POS in order to evaluate current exhibition, opportunities and full understanding of our closest competitors' actions- Management of trade marketing budget for a specific channel.Requirements: Proven experience (at least 4 years) in commercial roles (sales, marketing, trade), ideally in pharmaceutical industry.Strong knowledge of the retail environment (modern / traditional trade)- Strategic thinking in combination with business understanding
