.Your Job Molex is t his position works with other Trade & Customs leads and Trade & Customs Manager to help them in specific activities related to establishing, deploying an executing reports, analysis, and audits for import and export processes related to the IMMEX (Maquiladora), Virtual Operations and Customs Record Keeping documentation.Our TeamMolex creates connections for life by enabling technologies that transform the future and improve lives. With a presence in more than 40 countries, Molex offers a complete range of connectivity products, services and solutions for the data communications, medical, industrial, automotive and consumer electronics industriesWhat You Will Do- Reports to elaborate and maintain:- Coordinate with Customs Broker staff the virtual operations with customers and vendors within Mexico.- Monthly reports for tax and accounting processes.- Monthly report of findings in audits of the documentation in the Customs record keeping.- Monthly report of taxes paid with Molex bank account- Integration and updating of Record keeping files based on legal requirements for IMMEX, coordinating with customs broker any documentation needed.- Gather Positive Opinions documents from Vendor's and Customers (SAT opiniones positivas ) with virtual operations.- Execute actions to ensure the IMMEX virtual operations with customs and vendors in Mexico comply with the legal framework and internal KPIs.- Execute audit process in the record-keeping documents, establishing controls and actions to improve compliance and correct findings.- Updated HTS code classifications, descriptions, and units of measure on the web portals for the virtual operations.- Supervise and control Customs Broker annual requirements, new vendors, compliance requirements- Execute Coupa requisitions for the payment of the customs brokers for the virtual operation and general expenses.- Lead with the Customs team or order departments to investigate, gather information and documents, solve any compliance issue or finding in the internal or external audits, and correct findings in monthly audit processes.- Execute and coordi nate audits required for external legal firms, vendors, authorities, or departments.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Foreign Trade.- Knowledge level expert in IMMEX Maquiladora regulations.- Working knowledge of SAP Transactions.- Knowledge level expert in Customs audit processes.- Knowledge level expert in Virtual Operations.- High knowledge in HTS classification, Origin Qualification process.- High knowledge of tax and accounting requirements related to customs operations including PECE.What Will Put You Ahead- Master degree, Additional courses or certifications of, Annex 24, Customs certifications, Customs regulations, Customs audits
