Utilizes Microsoft Excel daily, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros, to review and format customer data. We strive to be your Employer of Choice, creating a culture of belonging where employees want to build a lasting career.Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Carries out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.Monitors assigned customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.Analyzes and processes customer deductions, including post audits for assigned accounts, validating findings using Excel and other software.Engages customers, brokers, sales staff, supervisors, or managers as required to resolve complex issues.Communicates with brokers, customers, sales, and internal staff on outstanding unauthorized deductions, understanding the process for requesting and collecting repayment of invalid deductions, identifying trends, and resolving issues causing invalid deductions.Identifies and drives process improvement for reducing administrative costs by streamlining processes and reducing deduction volume.Job Specifications and Requirements:Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information in understandable terms at all levels of the organization.Strong interpersonal skills as the candidate is required to deal with people both individually and in groups to resolve conflicts.Strong PC and 10-key skills, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros is a plus), and data conversion software skills.A minimum of 2 years' experience in Credit/Trade deductions, food industry is preferred.Ability to work in a multi-task environment with multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and specific time constraints.Ability to adapt to the business' changing needs.Requires attention to detail and accuracy.Working Conditions:Recipe for Success: Reser's is the leading provider of fresh refrigerated deli salads, side dishes, and prepared foods for the supermarket, club store, and food service industries
