**Your Responsibilities**- Analyze the market at the country level to determine market share and establish a route development plan.- Obtain and communicate market information such as customer product requirements, competitors, market trend, etc.- Manage & follow up sale-leads (both in and out).- Contribute to regional pricing in the local market and development and manage the implementation of programs of fares in the route.- Understand the solutions and behavior of the competition at the country level.- Drive business development activities or high-value objectives, lead rfqs with strategic importance and working with the stakeholders to obtain the appropriate pricing solution.- Serve as the country level reference person and regional to achieve targeted business growth to Latam route.- Act as a sponsor for high value customers on the route when needed.- Coordinate with overseas office for joint-sale development.- Collaborate closely with sales department.**Your Profile**- Bachelor's degree in related field to logistics or combination of education and experience- Minimum 5 years working experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics industry- Strong air and ocean product knowledge, working experience in air or ocean operations- Fluent in English- Analytical skills.- Team player.- Results oriented- Negotiation and persuasion skills**We offer**- Competitive salary and benefits program (private life & medical insurance for employees, saving plans, Wellness programs).
