Lead and manage all the communication, processes and interactions between marketing and commercial team, that will lead to operational excellence to deliver share of market targets according to brand strategy.Deliver strategic commercial plans within each channel to guide and create a flawless shopper journey to enhance our brand growth in our clients POS.Responsibilities:Manage customer business process which ensures effective communication and liaison between sales, marketing and other departments in order to optimize key business opportunities and deliver sales and profit targets.Develop & recommend channel strategy in line with category development and brand mid-term (3 to 5 years) developmental plan.Develop focused trade strategies for category in each key account and trade channel. Ensure these strategies are in tandem with brand positioning and potential of the accounts / channels.Category analysis and data analytics to identify distribution gaps, channel development opportunities in the assigned categories and brand portfolio.Ensure full understanding of changing trade dynamics and development in the retail industry, in order to recommend effective channel & sales strategies that will give the Company a competitive edge.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and in-store promotions to determine whether these meet the Company' objectives and ROI targets.Manage A&P budget and ensure finance deliverables that impact companies P&L.Gather and evaluate Haleon Best Practices in other countries to accelerate growth and ensure innovation at POS and Digital.Requisites:University degree in business administration, economics or related.Proven experience (at least 6 years) in commercial roles (sales, marketing, trade marketing), ideally in pharmaceutical industry or beauty and also in the M&P Channel and/or eCommerce.Strong knowledge of the retail environment (modern / traditional trade).Strategic thinking in combination with business understanding.Good knowledge of Digital Media and eCommerce environment.Good knowledge of Mom & Pops channel.Ability to influence others, build strong relationships and enjoy working in central position of matrix organization.Strong analytical skills, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Languages: fluent in English and Spanish.Values: Transparency, Respect, Integrity, Consumer comes first.Expectations: Agile, Accountable, Ambitious, Focus on results.#J-18808-Ljbffr
