As a Trade Marketing Jr. Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing strategies in department stores and perfumeries, focusing on the Fragrances, Makeup, and Skincare categories for premium brands & CHANEL.This role serves as the primary contact for key clients such as Sephora, Cimaco, and Chapur, delivering comprehensive management and support for cross-functional projects. Additionally, the position requires generating insights for continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Analysis & Opportunity IdentificationAnalyze sales and define objectives for campaigns (decorations, stands, Master Class).Track sales performance and resolve issues to meet objectives.Create campaign closing reports.Calculate profitability and make recommendations for continuous improvement in partnership with Marketing and Training teams.PlanningCoordinate with the marketing team to implement point-of-sale activities.Develop campaign proposals focused on achieving sales targets.Coordinate with the team to manage rotating and temporary personnel.Oversee and control budget allocation for activities.NegotiationPresent campaign and animation plans to key clients (Sephora, Cimaco, Chapur).Negotiate space, events, and special corporate actions.Handle in-store negotiations with clients on implementations.Trade Marketing Operational Plan ExecutionCommunicate plans to the operations team (SO).Oversee administrative processes and billing for point-of-sale materials.Ensure proper execution of campaigns at each point of sale.Coordinate events and provide real-time issue resolution.What are we looking for?Strong planning and analytical skills.Experience in managing multiple projects with high attention to detail.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external clients.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Self-motivated with a commitment to high-quality execution.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing, ideally within a department store environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
