Join us.**Job Description**:- Trade Marketing expert and ambassador for internal and external stakeholders- Full knowledge and understanding of creative assets / retail style guides / brand guidelines and it's correct execution- Responsible for all trade marketing materials and activation approvals (retail / licensees).- Execution / Operation of retail programs:- Planning, budgeting, production and implementation of all retail activities and execution logistics- Creation and development of materials (via agency)- Fluent communication with retail accounts- Purchase information / bookings- Overall project management / supervision- Collaboration with the category teams (Fashion & Living, Toys and Food Beauty & Care) to support product lines and licensees- Management of all point of sales materials (budget, logistics, distribution, execution)- Coordination and management of 3rd party agencies (design, activation, POP material)- Control, management and correct execution of the retail / trade marketing budget. Focused on maximize the ROI. Own quarterly direct costs reviews with the finance team- Vendor management process (new vendors set up, POs, payments)- POS Data (gather of information, analysis and report)- Develop close relationships with buyers / marketing teams- Follow up and coach licensing agents across Latin America in all retail marketing initiatives (ideas, concepts and retail marketing materials)- Internal cross functional work with Franchise Marketing to elevate the consumer experience- Storecheck reports / Competition and best practices analysis (benckmarks)- Support retail meetings - Sales pitches**Qualifications**:**Skills and Experience**- 5 + years of experience in Retail / Trade Marketing (FMCG, Entertainment, Licensing)- Strong knowledge of the retail environment- Well-structured and excellent organization skills- Outstanding communication skills- Creative and problem solver- Capacity to deal with frustration- Good Follow up- Flexible and adaptable- Attention to detail- Commited to deadlines- Data Analysis- Commercial driven- Team player- Advanced English spoken and written- Excel and Keynote management- Enthusiastic, passionate about the entertainment industry, eager to add value and be an active member of the Universal Products & Experiences LATAM team
