You will be responsible to define the trade marketing execution strategy for the Mexican market aligned to the top priorities defined from the top management.Deliver Results: Implement trade marketing plans to strengthen ZURU's in-store visibility and increase sales.Resource Optimization: Manage trade marketing budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI.Collaboration Excellence: Build strong partnerships with sales, marketing, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.Continuous Improvement: Innovate in-store initiatives and analyze competitor trends to identify growth opportunities.Innovation & Growth: Lead in-store innovation and monitor competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Core Roles And ResponsibilitiesLead and train merchandising teams/agencies to maintain ZURU's brand standards and ensure consistent execution at retail.Develop and implement annual trade marketing plans, including in-store activations, POS displays, and promotional campaigns
