At iCodde we are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join a luxury brand conglomerate.
**Activites**:
- Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring they are motivated, well-coordinated, and aligned with the brand's objectives.
- Plan and execute the brand's merchandising strategy within point-of-sale (POS) environments to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure the achievement of sell-out objectives for every store.
- Monitor and manage incentive plans for retail staff.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the brand's presence in point-of-sale (POS) environments.
- Engage in negotiations with POS locations and shopping malls to secure spaces for Store-in-Store (SIS) setups, pop-up stores, or roadshows
- Provide support for below-the-line (BTL) marketing activations.
- Supervise the sales promoter program.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to maintain the "perfect store" status for the top 20 POS locations and cultivate high-potential POS areas.
- Design tailored merchandising solutions for each key account (KA) or point-of-sale (POS).
- Develop and implement the annual training plan for sales teams and sales promoters.
- Oversee nationwide product collection management through coordination with the commercial team.
**Qualifications**:
- Experienced in personnel management.
- Expertise in POS (Point of Sale) merchandising.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a charismatic presence.
- Extensive background in working with Department Stores.
- Combination of creativity and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Adept at working collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a structured manner and achieve set objectives.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques.
