Define delivery waves and split between institutional and events by aligning with the marketing team strategy and our goal of gaining Share and Volume.**Active Execution Mindset**:Manage Coolers and materials having a clear mindset of maximizing ROI, Share and Volume growth. Being a consultant for execution, providing guidance, insights and setting goals and challenges for us to thrive.**Manage the POS material Go to Market**:Responsible for controlling and guaranteeing the flow of orders, arrivals, and shipment of POS materials to the DPs / POS, from internationally produced materials by creating controlling reports (excel/ systems) containing all relevant information. Critically analyse current processes and propose better models when necessary. Managing the end to end process, since importation, to right placement, to collection of the misused coolers.**Control the POS Materials Budget**:Ensure that the materials produced/ ordered are implemented according to the established business plan strategy by centralizing the production and guaranteeing the maximum savings through optimizing the trade calendar and investments made.**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:- University '" Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related is required. Desirable Trade Marketing courses or education background.- 1 years of minimum experience in marketing, trade marketing, or sales area.- Previous experience in planning and managing different projects and schedules, being able to organize and prioritize different activities from two separate areas.- Committed to deadlines and business goals.- Strong analytical, organization, time planning, strategic and communication skills.- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Excel and Power Point as priority.
