At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.**Trade Promotion Management Jr. Analyst****Main Purpose**The Role of Trade Promotion Analyst to Chile/Argentina is responsible to maintain planning models in TPM sales System. In addition, the role will be completing regular trade spend reconciliations reviews and Trade promotion rebate process and price list changes. Finally, the role will have the responsibility to ensure the forecast is accurate and reflects the latest customer planning.**Responsibilities**:**Accountabilities**- Building effective relationships with the customer team is critical to success and therefore requires the Analyst to link with key contacts within the customer team to ensure strong customer-based execution of tactical programs.- Building and maintaining TPM planning models and communicating changes to Sales finance and KAMs to ensure alignment.- Ensuring that aligned events that require list pricing changes and/or off-list adjustments are entered into all applicable systems in a timely manner (TPM/Deal/Customer Portals/ formats)- Completing regular trade spend reconciliation reviews on a weekly/period and quarterly basis as well as regular pricing deduction reconciliation- Having the responsibility for ensuring the forecast is accurate and reflects the latest thinking on in-market execution and underlying performance trends- Ensure the monitoring of the performance of the planned activities through post event reporting
