**Trade & Transport Specialist**:

Assisting the business as a Transport & Trade Specialist, you will ensure that goods are shipped while meeting quality, legal and costs parameters. You will drive change and improve transport/logistics processes to optimize inbound and/or outbound product and material delivery to external and internal clients.
**This position reports to**:
Transport, Management Center(TMC)Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Facilitating material movement and scheduling, utilizing various transportation software systems, and handling customs
- Preparing and updating the monthly logistics schedule to ensure deliveries to production locations and coordinating
- product delivery schedules with customers.
- Coordinating daily activities to track finished goods and raw materials, and rerouting freight to meet demand and
- minimize costs
- Communicating status to Logistics and Sales organizations as appropriate.
- Working with transport service providers and brokers to effectively execute processes, assisting in obtaining permits,
- and preparing proper documentation.
- Develop improvement projects that impact directly to the logistics processes and savings balance.
- Aiding the development and implementation of improved processes and systems and maintaining the master data.
**Your background**:
- A Bachelor´s degree in International Trade or similar.
- 5+ years of experience related at International Transportation and Trade.
- Fluent Reading, Written and Speaking English.
- Use of TMS (Transportation Management Systems) desirable.
- Use of ERP Tool (SAP) is desirable.
- Use of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge on Lean Six Sigma Tools.
