**:As a Trade & Transportation Specialist, you will ensure that goods are shipped while meeting quality, legal and costs parameters.
In this role you will maintain and improve transport/logistics processes to optimize product and material deliveries.
**This position reports to**:GPG/Hub Planning & Fulfillment Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Preparing and updating the monthly logistics schedule to ensure deliveries to production locations, and coordinating product delivery schedules with customers- Coordinating daily activities to track finished goods and raw materials, and rerouting freight to meet demand and minimize costs- Communicating status to Logistics and Sales organizations as appropriate- Working with transport service providers and brokers to effectively execute processes, assisting in obtaining permits, and preparing proper documentation- Aiding the development and implementation of improved processes and systems, and maintaining the master data**Your background**:- 2 years of experience in Supply Chain.- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade or related.- Sound knowledge of Logistics, Trade and Transport processes.- Knowledge of SAP.- A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.- Advanced level of English.
