Deliver 'approved' impact assessment to business requestors and IT for implementation. This role requires deep experience managing large-scale, complex and cross functional stakeholder projects.**Responsibilities**:1. Manages internal projects2. Manages stakeholder relationships:- Manages complex multi- function and/ or global relationships with senior and executive stakeholder management.3. Delivers trading structure in respect of HP TS guiding principles, in country and HP compliance regulations/policies, within HP standard S4 capabilities4. Document all trading structure decisions and ensures adequate communication follows5. Ensure trading structure repository updated**_ Education and Experience Required:_**- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification preferred.- Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.- Typically experienced in a variety of finance/compliance/Supply chain/Project management functions.**_ Knowledge and Skills:_**- Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.- Excellent analytical skills.- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.- Superior communication and influencing skills.- Superior teamwork skills
