Be part of our Multiday Tours team in **Cancun, Mexico** as a **Traffic Agent** offering specialized trips with an excellent team that works day by day to make our clients' dream trip into a reality.
**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Will help and guide guests throughout their experience in the country, by telephone assistance or face-to-face.
- Make reservations, follow up on transportation, and guide services for the different programs available for our different markets.
Manage guide assignment.
- You will provide follow-up to the services offered, coordinating changes, cancellations, special requests and providing solutions in case of any problem, during and after the trip.
- To make all the necessary documentation for the development of the programs to the guides or our suppliers.
- You will enter the necessary information in TUI's system, including transportation, extra services and their corresponding costs.
- Request to the administrative area, the corresponding prepayments for each one of our suppliers and notification to them, to validate them and presenting the receipts to finance to finalize each group.

- Willing to learn the requirements of the position, the technology needed to perform it and all about our amazing products and services.
- Fluency in English; other languages would be helpful.
