Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.**JOB SUMMARY**Analyzes the logistics function of the site and recommends best practices.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Performs all necessary manual system transactions for any materials function or transaction type.- Performs the revision of parts numbers and purchase orders of import and export to make the CCP template.- Interacts with other departments or areas to expedite shipments of materials efficiently.- Interacts with Business Units, partners and/or providers to resolve exceptions as they occur.- Researches and resolves exceptions promptly.- Performs Information Systems transactions to accurately reflect the movement of materials.- Reports weekly and monthly performance metrics.- Perform transportation and CFDI analysis between inventory movements.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS****KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.- Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows-based operating system and related software.- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.- Ability to write simple correspondence.
