We are driven by a common purpose to make a positive impact for each other, our communities, and the environment.**JOB SUMMARY**Assist supervisor to conduct trade compliance internal audits and assessments around JBL building, prepares audits reports and summary and respond to local authorities requests whenever this will be required.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Performs a variety of task according to established procedures that are related to Trade Compliance and key responsibilities mentioned above.- Audits the maquila software (24 Annex), import and export operation, IMMEX program, FTA forms, Wassenaar, PCI, AEO, C-TPAT, Fixed assets, VAT certification, etc.- Makes action plans with corrective actions (who, what and by when will be ready) of all the issues out of the parameter.- Monitoring the effectiveness of the actions plans implemented by Jabil sites to correct the issues detected during the audits.- Reviews that the internal processes, procedures, and documentation are in accordance with local custom legislations.- Prepares Audit reports as required.- Makes the audit summaries- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.- Responds to local authorities requests when it will be required.- Attends the authorities' visits.- Comply and adhere to Internal Department Procedures.- Participates and promote activities to improve internal controls and requirements related to Trade Compliance duties.- Follows all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area. Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities. Is his/her responsibility to comply with Company policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulations of the countries related to customs and trade compliance activity.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS****KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**- Strong knowledge of Trade Compliance (Mx Customs legislation,.- Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company's business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.- Strong financial and analytical ability. Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint.- Strong knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes as well as global customs regimes.- Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuousproductivity and cost reduction programs
