Local & National Shipments.Ontime manage international trade regulations,laws & rules in order to meet Mexican goverment regulations related to International trade & boreau of treasure (SAT).To support & train internal Vitesco Customers with any traffic & international trade topic.To administrate & pay all bills from our local services (Broker, forwarders, etc)To lead any continous improvements activities of Supply Chain Management- To control & coordinate any inbound & outbound shipments avoiding any extraordinary cost for the Company- To meet coorporative traffic activities (CFDI 4.0, Annex 24, 30, Pedimento empresarial, Database, International trade paperwork).- To elaborate Certificate of origin (if required)- To prepare any kind of reports related to normal operation & international trade- Correctly manage expo control & international trade activities (sellos, precintos, etc)- To manage payments with suppliers (carriers, forwarders, extra services) & administrate International trade programs IMMEX y PROSEC, OEA, CTPAT, Certificación IVA e IEPS, and so on- Correctly prepare required information for Internal & External audits- Bachelor degree in International Business, International Trade or similar- English Spoken and Written 90%- International Trade, Customs, Forwarding & Supply Chain process- Negotiation skills, Self Leadership, easy undertanding & big compromise to work- Expertise in SAP, Windows (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, etc)- Foreign Trade IMMEX / PROSEC / VAT Cartification- 8D´S- Project Administration, Quality Projects, SCM Process Manuals- Bachelor degree in International Business or International Trade or similar- More than 5 years experience in Traffic activities, International Trade, Customs & Logistics.
